At the risk of sounding a little dramatic, you ABSOLUTELY NEED TO MAKE THIS CAKE!!!!
It’s fluffy and fragrant, sweet and tart. A very satisfying and simple bake, perfect for this weekend but also any time you want to impress or celebrate!
I’ve flavoured the batter with freshly grated nutmeg which I LOVE but you could use cardamom or cinnamon too! Once flipped, the rhubarb has cooked into an almost stained glass window pattern and it is so pretty!
Seriously it’s so good and can’t wait to see you making it!
